    Gee I remember that thread. My wrists are 15cm round, and they're pretty skinny already. So if modo says his were 12cm, it sounds really low, I'd have to see a photo of him measuring it.

    Thanks for sharing, everyone! The burpee pullups were crazy but the burpee muscleups were even more so. Then the deadlifts-burpees... eek!! It's super inspiring though. :)
