What do you think is a begginers major error?

As a beginner, the root cause to all the mistakes i made was lack of knowledge combined with lack of discipline and the quick-fix attitude. There's far too much bullshit info out there and I used a lot of it and got nowhere. Not to mention every fukn designer supplement company trying to sell...

    My blood work for Testosterone

it should be bulk billed on medicare mate. Ask the doctor for a blood test for testosterone levels. That's all i did. It's a good idea that ppl get it done. Testosterone is the key hormone in our body for increasing muscle size / volume amongst it's other effects such as aggression and so on.

    My blood work for Testosterone

thanks man.. what unit of measurement were urs in? My blood sample was taken at 9:00am - 9:30am about 2 hours after I woke up and had my first meal. So I guess it would have been at a high point of the day I'm already using Zinc. I think i'll also add in Nettle Root as well as Dim. I've...

    [Football] Afl

Tool or not... he's a phenomenal player. In last year's grand final, there were always 3 to 4 Cats on that dude and that's the only way they were stopping him. Perhaps the team should really work on how to be strategic like Geelong.

    PRIME usplabs

it's a waste of money. Two of my good mates tried it and said exactly that. Beware. USP Labs is one company known to blow their products out of proportion with their shady marketing. And amongst that, they have a history where their reps manipulate the product ratings through false accounts...

    Onions?!?

well if liquified onion is about the same density as water (and I think it would be more dense than water), then 1g should equate to 1mL. So I weigh 71kg, so that's 36mL of onion juice a day. Doesn't sound too difficult eh...

    Onions?!?

If no one wants to guinea pig, then I guess i'll have to do it.. but not just yet. I have a blood test to go for next week. My doctor did request for a baseline testosterone level (androgen index derived from LH, as she labeled it). So I should really only be starting it after that.

    Onions?!?

Lol I'd like to see Fadi's response on it. So it seems that the onions did something to rats, but what it does to humans is a whole other story which i'd like to know about. Who's game to guinea pig themselves into doing a log? :D:D:D:D
