    Bench press vs pendlay rows

    I've never been good at barbell rows. My barbell rows are about 70% of my bench press. I don't see that balance shifting any time soon. My cable rows are a little stronger than my bench press. If I tried a 1RM pull up, the added weight plus my body would be pretty close to my bench press 1RM.

    If your deadlifts touch the floor, it'll break the meniscus in your wrists. The meniscus that isn't there. 80% of your dietary consumption needs to be protein.

    Did multiple chemistry study sessions without resorting to dunking my head into something with a pH off the scale. Have so far written 1/3 of an essay that's due this Friday. Applied for an internship to do all next year alongside study.
