That`s huge! I don`t think I have ever seen one with that much of a stack!

That`s a serious setup bud. The weight stack on the leg curl looks unreal! What is it? What brand is the seated row?

Which last peices of equipment to get

The pin loaded one is generally more stable and heavy duty. It feels no smoother than the IM one was though, so in terms of its operation there is very little to split the two. I was able to load up around 110kgs on the IM one for seated rows and never felt worried that the cable or pulleys...

Which last peices of equipment to get

Yeah buddy and very good it was too. I ended up selling it because I got the commercial Cybex pulldown but at the cost of loosing the seated row option. Any questions on it let me know bud :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

cyberfit rubber prostyles - any owners?

A complete rack is definitely the best option is space and dollars permit. I don`t regularly drop weights, but sometimes when I hit failure with the heavier ones it`s hard to control them at the end.

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

I just looked....it`s sold lol! There are copies on the gym direct site though so will now be considering one of those as my next option.

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

I do it yes, but in all honesty the toe press on a 45deg does feel nicer. However, I bought the lever leg press to do quad work, not calfs so I`m happy that I can still do them, just not as directly.

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

Same here. I have tried both and find the lever style squat press hits the quads very nicely. I also find I need less weight with the lever than with the 45 degree style. There are pics of it in the Show Your Home Gym thread for the info of @nightfalltech.

cyberfit rubber prostyles - any owners?

I bought a set a solid welded rubber coated prostyle ones, and they look lovely but in honesty if I could go back I would buy the pancake style ones first listed. After a few unfortunate drops I now have a couple of bent ones at the heavier end of the spectrum which puts the balance of the...

Which last peices of equipment to get

I would think a decent lat pulldown would be fairly useful as you seem to have pretty much all major muscle groups covered. I bought a decent commercial calf raise machine for about 550 I think. I tried (and sold) a Force USA one as I hated it and ended up going for a commercial one. I am a big...

Protein Advice - ON Hydrowhey, Bulknutients WPI, NBS WPI or Bulkproteins WPI

Bulk Nutrients all day long. Been using them for ages for a variety of supplements and their Pina Colada WPI is the yummiest I have ever had. PWO with mango and ice blitzed up and a scoop of 1/2 malto and 1/2 dextro....its the best shake of the day!

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

I`ve been looking at that piece, it looks awesome. If it drops in price a bit more I will be considering it. I doubt though that I will ever get a deal as good as I did with the ext! :-)

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

Yeah I played around with the different pins using the same weight. The only difference I noticed was that the loading pin furthest from the lever provided the greater resistance, which as you say is to be expected re simple levers. I lifted the huge amount of 10kg per leg for 4 x 20 and it...

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

Will give it a go bud. I did it as you suggested earlier, ensuring I controlled each rep on both concentric and eccentric phases. I felt I got a much better and consistent contraction this way. Top advice, as it would be easy to flick it at the bottom and let momentum help. :)

10-15mm rubber gym flooring cut to size in Perth?

I think the 15mm 1mtr squares are about 15kg each so a 2x2 would be a pain to move. Can you not use the 1x1 squares and make the platform from them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

I used it properly for the first time today and was amazed at how well it isolated the quads. I've never felt individual quad pain like it before from using other leg ext. I'm very impressed with it and will be looking for more HS stuff or at least clones of it. Sent from my iPhone using...

    Front Squats, which grip?

I struggle to hell with them. Tried all the grips and strap options and in the end I bought a Front Squat Harness from Get Strength in NZ. It works really well and am now doing bodyweight front squats for reps whereas before the pain in the wrist or collar bone was the limiting factor. You...

    Half rack or full rack?

I have the Iron Edge Assault Rack (half rack), I had it for over two years and it suffers abuse daily. I love it and have never once felt worried it would fail me. It`s not cheap but I`m convinced its bomb proof!

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

Sounds a nice find mate! How are you finding the GHDs for hammie work? Have you tried reverse hypers on them? Are you sore after them? I was hoping that GHDs coupled with stiff leg DLs would be enough for the hams but I`m thinking I will still need a seated or lying leg curl?

    Leg Extension suggestions.....

Awesome buddy thanks for the suggestions. Will fix it all up and post some pics when it`s all done and settled in its new spot! Any idea on how the position of the loading pins effects the strength curve? I see there are two differently placed pins per leg.
