    Not sure how I can test that. Yesterday I beefed up the amount of situps I do in a row from 100 to 300... so I suppose stomach fat will be gone soon... Also, I have heard that leg/thigh strengthening weights adversely affect growth? I have a 22.5KG Barbell & 2x 12.5KG Dumbbells. I'm be happy...
