    My experience on timing for this program comes from my clients. Max, Alen and Dim, training together, got it done in well under an hour, thats 3 guys, rest periods, adjusting weights etc. They were using 130kg/140kg for their squats, same for their SLDL Seeing how a lot of you guys use much...

    The no talc thing is surprising. While I understand that the venue makes the rules in this case, what would happen if footballers were told they couldnt use long stops at a venue? They would play elsewhere. Hope this doesnt effect some big deadlifts Will this be a rule at other PA venues...

    Bullshit. The MMCPR rack weighs over 200kg empty, over 300kg loaded It doesnt wobble one bit A 2mm rack is fine if you simply want to hang washing on it. We use racks from Gym Direct at PTC

    Not too sure that the comeback was fitness related, but it was good to see they didnt roll over. Apparantly last year they got smashed in the second half of all games. This was an issue we had to address. Fitness is one component. Belief is another. They know they are much stronger this year...
