    Invest the money in a cable crossover (2nd hand pref), then you can atleast hit anything for isolation/bodybuilding.

    Spin around and face the sled and put your shoulders under the pads, then proceed to do a good morning. Greater benefit for constant tension/building muscle etc than pure weight/strength gain.

    The sled hack squats are sick to do good mornings in, especially when trying to train around certain injuries.

    I cant get a decent stretch because im too tall and my arms are too long from a seated position. Standing up will only shorten the range.

    Had some glutard on the weekend (public holiday weekend) in the middle of a packed service (450+ covers) asking if we could re cook her another steak because onion rings had touched her steak and she was "gluten intolerant"... ...just about everyone wanted to stab her repeatedly.
