Feels exactly like sore muscles after a hard session (or too hard of a session?), but according to the pic it's the achilles. i never thought anything of it, but...

    Fadi, do you mean for e.g. 3 lots of 5g consumptions throughout the day and then one single 1g consumption 30 minutes before the run? Or do you me 5g spread throughout the day so 3 lots of approx. 2g consumptions and then a single 1g consumption 30 minutes before the run?
