    Sheeeeeeeeet. Have not dropped any weight for 3 weeks (although I think I've lost some cm's). Been pretty slack in the gym. Hitting it a bit but still getting into the swing of a home gym. Motivation? Where did you go??? lol

    Week 7 Update 88.7kg No loss this week. Kinda happy considering my eating was VERY average over the weekend. Also had a few workouts and games of basketball I didn't add to my log so not a bad week. Need to drop some of the weekend calories this week!

    Week 6 Update Weighed in at 88.7 this morning. No loss this week. No real surprise, eating was average this week and I've been out of the gym with a shoulder injury this week. Back to full strength tonight. TIME TO SMASH IT!

    My breakfast is a shake consisting of: 1 frozen banana 1 cup skim milk 1 scoop BN WPC (choc at the moment) 2 eggs Approx. 473 cals / 46.9 pro / 40.9 carbs Blend the fk out of it, if you blend it for ages it goes heaps smooth and creamy. Dunno if it has something to do with the frozen banana...

    Week 5 Update This mornings weigh in - 88.7kg 600g loss this week and 4.7kg overall. have been pretty slack in the gym over the last few weeks. Time to correct that this week!

    Most meat get a fair bit lighter once it's cooked. As Baz said if your using cooked weights your probably eating more cals than you realise, you might be 100 - 200 over maintenance depending. :eek: Could possibly explain why your not dropping the weight you're hoping for?

    I know the rules said in by the 10th but does it really matter? Late entrants are only disadvantaging themselves and will have a much harder task considering they have 1, 2, 3 months less to make their transformation. Does it impact negatively on other entrants at all? The more the merrier I...
