    Boxing Gloves

    I recommend traditional wraps, and some 10oz gloves or so. Don't have to be the best out there (i.e, expensive), but something not too crap would be a good idea.     The missus got a new PB for bench: 31kg x 2. :cool: Perfect smooth technique, once again. Moved up from hitting 27.5kg last bench session, so this is pretty good progress, IMO. More like CGBP really, but that's just how she does bench pressing, by default. Not about to talk her out of it.

    I would post my secret ultra tech for improving bench beyond belief, but it's secret so I won't. I will however post what I think my weight [still] is: 85kg. Will check ASAP. Hopefully, I can bench at least 90kg (for 3 reps? :confused:) within the time limit. That would be neat. Doable?

    So, across the board, subjectively heavy (i.e., 85%+ ???) conventional [or sumo] deadlifts once a week - or less - is not that uncommon, yeah? For intermediate through to elite, that is. Novice maybe, in some cases. Volume is where I still "know" less than jack or shit, lol. Or is this one...

    Choc mint today. Didn't smell very minty, or even very chocolatey. Also, ended up tasting only choc-ey, for whatever reason. I mean, very slightly minty, but yeah, not nearly as much as expected. A bit disappointed there. Seemed not to mix as easily, too. No idea way - maybe I didn't shake it...

    The missus got yet another DL PB. :) 60kg, which is very nearly her own current weight, IIRC. Only started deadlifting recently too! And textbook form for the win. :cool: I'm trying to be a PT for her - yeah, scary. :p Hopefully, I'm doing okay. She sure is, so that's a good start.

    Homemade Ice Cream

    Er, beats me, lol. :D Don't think I've ever tried icecream without sugar, so... and I don't even eat much of any kind these days. To put it mildly. But I definitely like the idea of a relatively low-carb version, like this one. Sure looks tasty enough. :)
