    people aren't stupid, everyone knows what they have to do to lose weight but berry there heads in the sand and says it to hard. its a running debate in my house as I live with quote "fatties" and they tell me how hard it is to lose weight and they cant grasp the concept of eating less and moving...

    ego causes most of the problems I see in the gym, everyone wants to be a weightlifter and lift as much weight as possible! makes me cringe.

    Fuck I have had steroids offered to me by coaches/pt's which is beyond stupidity, I imagine a lot of kids say "sure why not?"

    Share some of your thoughts on your last week of working out

    Injured my hamstring last week, it's good to go again, will take the next few weeks to work but up to where I was. Dropped the weight on my bench right down as to get my form spot on. Hit a pbs all week on barbell rows and shoulder presses :)

    Training While on Holidays / Away with Work

    Training is part of my life now and I will train regardless if its a holiday or not. I don't drink or shall I say I haven't drank alcohol in a long long time and I don't see the point in doing so merely for the holidays albeit un-Australian. My diet normally remains the same throughout.

    I decided to drag myself out of bed and train this morning I was presently surprised to see some fit attractive women for a change to the usual 50+ mums. I Might start going in the morning regularly for that light extra motivation.

    Who here front squats?

    I use the same form on the front squat, its the only position I feel comfortable in.
