    Could be some growth orrrrr (took me a while to figure this out) if you have a cat or dog inside you can be allergic and have this reaction.

    Preworkout

    I am using 1MR now, i like it (only used it 3-4 times so far) mesomorph did not do too much for me. In the past i tried hemorage (threw it out, kept giving me cold symptoms), jacked, some other stuff. I try to not take full serving amount and don't use it every 7th week.

    What is lactose intolerance?

    I have been told from a local GP i am lactose intolerant (mildly). If i have it in the morning or a large amount in evening (glass or 2) my stomach gets sore, if i constantly do this i will get stuck on the toilet each morning. Took me a while to figure out what it was. Eggs for me now...

    Maybe try some stimulant preworkout when you hit the gym, sorta helps zombie mode, also less rest between sets helps keep me going, if i just take it easy and float around the gym then its not a good workout and seem less energetic. Got a missus or some other constructive hobbies to keep you...

    I could never see myself as being 100% into strict diet, it would not work and if it does i would expect something like what you are experiencing will happen. Do you have any desire to go to the gym now? It would be quite hard to give up alchohol 100% and smoking a nice cigar if you like...

    Am I over training?

    I used to do legs 2-3 times a week, but it seemed to make things worse for me (knee injuries/groin) had to stop training legs for 1 month or more, since changing to once a week i am able to push much harder and noticeable size increase in legs. Keep in mind i had previous knee troubles...

    Best way to deal with a break up

    Its hard man really hard, best to break contact (we all say this, but its easier said then done). Stay off the booze if you can, stay strong brother! Lift some weights, listen to some music, go for a drive, i dunno maybe rent a porno meh?

    LOL. Took the week of gym to recharge the batteries, no stories as yet. Did i mention the guy that does shoulders and biceps 3 times a week? PS don't let the female trainers fool you! I took a complementary session and she certainly knew how to punish me
