    A regular comes in and benches about 3 times a week, no warm up straight into it like a real man, genuine half reps never ever done a full rep! About 90kg bench.

    I think its my pants causing red dots on my legs. I work a lot in roofs sweating and worming to get around. The only thing is last time i heard my wife used veet it burnt her, but then again her skin gets irritated easily. If i remove hair on my legs will it stop the red dots?

    My missus wants to wax my legs she says less ingrown hairs compared to shaving??! Id rather shave. I keep getting red dots on my upper legs/quads from ingrown hairs without ever shaving. I am hoping shaving stops that??

    what do you think of IGF-1 long R3

    I hear its australian made, what are you thoughts? 50MCD per day, 30 days on and 30 days off. I understand the gains are not like anabolics but its attractive as the sides seem minimal and no PCT. Anyone used this at all? How long for? Any advice or tips etc?

    I would not use DBOL only, if you are gonna use AAS, just use plain test for your first time, a reasonable dosage maybe front load if you want to. Oral cycles tend to be bad for your liver and dont give huge results. And make sure you have PCT gear prior to starting, it would be silly not...
