    'Cheat Day'

    I don't go ballistic but on the weekends i relax my eating. Still eat regular meals but may get a pie for lunch or maccas for breaky. During the week its quite strict. If i drink its once a week and only 2-3 drinks.

    Sweet. I just get 2 of the quarter chicken breasts, keeps the price down, otherise i spend $30 there. I tried a 4 breast burger (after reading from uncle ceffo) that was fun eating that.

    Why do you train?

    I love training, each day presents new challenges, weight training is just another, its amazing what you can achieve when the mind is focused. I think it was Fadi that said "the best change is a permanent one" in regards to diet/excercise etc no heavy dieting etc etc. Looking around at BBQs...

    Squat depth

    Do i have the perfect squat? Nope. Do i care? Maybe a little, legs are growing. Seeing as probably at a guess 80% of people in my gym don't do legs at all I don't see it such a bad thing LOL Ahh love leg day, all the equipment free to myself muwhahahaaa
