    if you're handy you can add some bracing for stiffness weight limits in ebay ads are unrelated to reality :D 363kgs on the pulleys? that means at least two of those pulleys would have 720+kg force on them... on plastic..

    unless there is some elastic involved, there's usually a weight somewhere being lifted (ie, weight stack), even if it is by levers and cables what if a weightlifter uses a machine? are they then a weightmover?

    1 every 2 days, ages 25-44... not that uncommon in NSW :p does it increase the risk because of the extreme physical exertion? or because AAS in an otherwise healthy, non BB, person, would increase risk of heart attack etc?

    nah for Roger it was chicken and coke, not timtams.. timtams would have done something to insulin sensitivity or had too many carbs or something :D Timtams feel like they go straight to my visceral fat :( so hard to stop at half a packet... Scotch fingers, at least you can stop after a couple...

    that's a very good question. sometimes one, sometimes the other :) depends how late their cancer was detected.. sometimes better to leave someone to die in some pain but kinda enjoy their last months, rather undergo chemo and have a really painful end :( chemo is a hard slog, but sometimes...
