    of those 10, which is the easiest to incorporate into a daily diet? yoghurt, banana, followed by apricots? milk, broccoli, tomato and meat are also reasonable sources... +1 banana seems easy :D (but I'm not a nutriti0nist) :p

    some info on transfat and other fat % in table spreads (margarine has to be 80% fat, but most yellowfats are much less than that these days) here from 0 to 8%... but if you don't believe saturated fats are bad for you.. why would you worry about transfats, which the body treats as saturated...

    I do sometimes wonder at the level of knowledge of organic chemistry of the general public.. technically, "rancid" just means the original structure has been partially broken down, ie some bits breaking of the glycerol backbone, or breaking of some of the carbon double bonds.. hexane is not...
