    I am no bodybuilder, but eating properly is the hardest thing for me.

    I actually found the same thing. DOMS everywhere until three weeks into a cycle of 2 x 3 day splits every week. Then there were none. Now I do each part once a week, I get them again and legs are worst.

    I disagree actually with the air conditioning thing. In my experience, fans are better for moving air to assist with cooling by natural sweat and air conditioners are just a trap for organisms or whatever the correct term is for airborne stuff such as flus, bugs, virus, etc.
