    How many pull ups can you do?

    I completed 12 this morning after doing a few light stretches and light warm up on bent over rows. I think I could have done 2 more but my right hand was loosing grip. I think my body weight is about 84-85kg.

    Shoulders and triceps done...lots of light d/b raises and rotor cuff work/band work. Haven't done bench press for a while. Gotta get this shoulder right before I commence an assault to get some gainz happening.

    Recently up at Bundaberg and trained at improvements fitness. Good old school York cast weight plates and equipment. Gym was massive but was always quite and easy to get thru a workout without having to weight on equipment. (pardon the pun) *wait But I think it would have been a lot busier...
