    im nervous about winter training in the morning i love hot water bottles, fluffy doonas, cups of tea and cartoons when i wake up...not 6 degrees, freezing winds and iced over cars.

    i had some slack skin around my thighs when i first started. persevered and its mostly all retracted and is not noticeable. truthfully, if i wind up with excess skin, i'll be calling a surgeon.
