    I stand by my comment that it needs to be a muscle / muscle group rather than a compound exercise / series of exercises. PPL used a variety of exercises to train their calf muscles - this is irrelevant - the point is, they trained daily and the before / after shows the fruits of their work...

    Hi All, As a lot of you know, I recently had surgery on my right wrist and can't do any weight bearing, weight lifting or major flex movements for 6-8 weeks. This puts most machines and free weights out of action. My plan is to swim once a week and gym 3 times a week. Can't do leg press...

    i love my boobs. i also love the fronts of my thighs (hammies) - they look strong enough to break someones neck haha 6 months ago i loved my arms but I've lost some definition and its hard knowing i can't get that back until i recover properly from surgery.
