    i can't eat raw onions, cauliflower, some nasty synthetic potato chip flavours like cheese or onion or chives, leeks, soft cheese, full fat soft dairy (soft cheese, ice cream, cream etc). condiments are full of acids, preservatives, salt and sugar - eat herbs instead!

    i do variations and i go deep. mid-low height and feet shoulder width apart higher up and feet together and calf raise at that weight
