    Look up the macro and calorie values of all some different food types and make note of them. At least then you can have some sort of an idea of what you are consuming when you have no control over the food types on offer.

    OP, you need to have a long term plan in place so that allows for continual progression. That way there is no ''hitting the wall''. Chances are you don't have that in place and that is why you feel like you do. Having a plan that is based on the long term will also stop motivation from ever...

    Yeah it is all pretty simple and I stick to the compounds and fundamentals for the most part with training. Yes Lyle's is good and pretty much anyone except Poliquin would be worth a look into :D
