    Beta alanine dosage?

Have a daily intake of 2-3 grams....keep it simple. Have in one serving or break it up into smaller but at the end of the day it does not matter as body saturation levels are all that matter with BA and the overall benefits you will get

    Critique my diet please

Can't really comment on that diet unless you give some specifics - I.E macro balance, total calorie intake etc. Also is there any particular reason you are eating so frequently? IS that the best fit for your lifestyle and schedule as metabolically it offers no extra benefit over a lower meal...

As I've always been of the opinion, have a HIGH salt intake always then simply cut out the ''added'' salt when you need to drop it rather than trying to pick it out from food choices...much easier and no need to nit pick :) Good luck at the ball :D

Eating calorie deficient for long periods, harmful to metabolism?

Sorry for being so late on this one guys... But I've now got nothing to add. The lower the calorie intake, the lower the metabolic function is. You can have a too large of a deficit/caloric intake. As Dave mentioned, having regular ''diet breaks'' especially if the plan is to re-comp or you...

    Current Bulking Diet

Eat food types you enjoy, eat when you are hungry and the most important thing of all just ensure you are meeting minimum macro requirements within the appropriate caloric intake.... Avoid food avoidence, and ideas of high meal frequency being more positive than any other frequency..
