New diet, now long till you notice change?

Give yourself at least 3 if not 4 weeks on any new dietary plan. The first 2 weeks is the adjustment phase for the body anyway so either way what happens in that time should be taken with a grain of salt. I'm hesitant to change anything within the first 2 weeks of a new clients plan.

    Alpha Moths nutrition log

As much as I'm a fan of IF and Leangains, I feel micormanagement of having 2 different calorie intakes can be a pain for adherence. I personally don't do that If you don't feel like it is a pain in the ass to do then go with it. Overall it looks good. I'd simply make it a more consistent...

    The "Truth" About Post-Workout Nutrition

Having carbs after training or not depending on fat loss or muscle gaining goal is full of shit. It can be looked at in exactly the same way as having carbs at night or not. It all comes back to the energy balance (in V out) and meeting the require macros to support body composition and...

Which is, for the people who missed it - What works is consuming adequate calories with sufficient macronutrient balance to support the desired body composition and exercsie perfromance you need. It should come down to the individuals lifestyle requirements and allows for the best dietary...

    The high Protein Myth

The article is full of shit and to suggest that 1g per KILO is all that is needed is retarted. Numerous studies have shown the need for protein with an active individual is between MINIMUM 1.5g/kg calorie surplus) to 2.5g/kg (calorie deficit). Having a high protein intake offers many other...

    diet shakes

Protein shakes are nothing more than assisting in consuming your daily protein intake requirements. They are not a magic meal or some shit that is normally promoted with things like TF or the like. Your diet should be made up of the food types that best allows for long term dietary adherence...

    Protein Intake and Kidney Function

Terrible design and just wow! Carbohydrate intake drop from usual average of 285 grams down to 19 grams at introduction and to 30 grams at 'maint' phase. So the decline in calcium and increase in acidity etc will be directly linked with the lower carbohydrate intake. The protein of 170 grams...

    opinions on "lean gains"

That is what Martin suggests, personally I think that is a little to much micromanagement and prefer to keep a consistent macro balance for my daily caloric needs. For the most part yes, that fat intake should be the minimum.

    opinions on "lean gains"

So if you can't or don't think you could take in those calories in an 8 hours window (or whatever you think it is) sounds like an excuse to me. Not heard of ice cream and the other 100 calorie dense food types :) If you had (or thought you had) to do it with the traditionally classed 'clean''...
