    its extremely rare if ever i see anyone with my work ethic training. hardly anyone even breaks a sweat (they rest so much between sets). comments about nobody overtraining, are reflections on themselves, not what happens in the real world. some of us learned to train from really good people...

    try doing alot with high intensity and resting more between training sessions. (not rest between sets!) best of both worlds and you become a beast.

    it has to be the hardest oly to judge in a while... rhoden destroys everyone with side chest, phil arguably wins rear double bi, dexter wins from the front, but wolfe brought crazy conditioning!!! i personally think phil is down on size and rhoden or wolfe should beat him, but i doubt the...

    for sure it gets easier to build muscle, to a certain degree. but is it from better mind-muscle connection, better improved nutrition, more advanced training... too many factors at play.
