    Don't be fooled by the dumbasses over there, strength is everything when it comes to gaining size. Progressive strength training + lots of food + consistentancy = size.

    Keep doing the beginner routine, your lifts are still a bit on the low side. Also - you don't need a split routine or a push bike to cut. All you need is a calorie deficit and a spare couple of months.

    Obviously you will recover from light much easier but smashing yourself to the point of vomitting repeatedly on a cut even with light weights you could risk burning out. At the end of the day though, only you know how you feel, just keep it in mind.

    Alcohol?!?!?

    I didn't have a cheat meal for 3 weeks and saved them all up for grand final day. Got wasted, blew $200 on beer, don't remember anything, ANYTHING after about 6pm, not sure how I got home?!?! That should satisfy me until NYE.
