    Do you lift weights slowly or quickly?

    I mix up fast and slow reps...this allows for muscle confusion which helps to tone rather than bulk. You'll see a lot more definition doing it that way instead of regular reps every time. If you want to do regular reps from time to time, I would lift heavier than usual.

    Fake Eyelashes: Tacky or trendy!

    They look good the first couple days you get them but after that it's just way too noticeable and makes you look trashy. I worked with girls who allll had them and they just, looked worse and worse everyday. I would just get the ones you glue yourself for special occasions!

    Female Sportswear - What do you work out in?

    Lorna Jane does have very nice stuff, but you're right. Totally not worth paying full price for it...and plus you only need a few key pieces like shorts and tanks. I do like nike and adidas tanks as well.

    Which Part of YOUR body do you LOVE most?

    I like my legs and butt...I can tell when I've been upping my weight or really focusing on working my butt. I definitely see instant result when I workout my lower body so it makes me appreciate it a bit more
