I'm sure he can, but I'm working out at home, following advice from Fadi. I have much respect for both Fadi and Markos.
I will continue to follow Fadi's advice for as long as it works for me.
It's the free use equip at Adrain's that got my interest. Nice equip and no fee's, sounds great.
Mike.
Hi Tina,
I've done the above program of Fadi's, and I love it. I highly recomend it, for anyone from beginners to experts. You and your BF could do this together.
Happy lifting,
Mike.
1st home game at the new ground, how could we lose. :)
At least you got to watch the game. It was advertised to be shown live on channel 9, perfect as I couldn't get to the ground to watch it first hand.
But channel 9, the f&^%ers screened a old movie instead.:mad:
Bloody AFL is scared of...
bi or Uni, its just a smoke screen.
Really who has ever used the term "Dude" in relation to a female?
Dudette (spelling) is the female term.
Or has that gone PC now too. Hardly ever hear the word "actress" any more, they are all actors!
I still say Shrek need to have his eyes checked, you...
Shrek, look again, 11th hour isn't a dude.
The set up sounds good, thats all you need to get started.
You can do the knee raises hanging from the chin up bar.
It's farly easy to improvise a chin up bar and dip handles, if the cage doesn't have them.
All I have is a bench, squat rack...
One is that beginners think that "newbe" gains will continue. When the gains slow and the workout gets harder with fewer results, the they quit.
That is the biggest mistake, quitting!
Nice party trick.
It twould put alot more more strain on the supporting muscles, but the risk of injury would be very high.
It probably would work as an aid to improve balance:)
Imagine the ball bursting at the bottom of his squat, ouch.
I just found out that one of my favourite authors Terry Pratchet, has alzheimers.
I'm currently reading "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" by Steig Larsson. I've only just started it, but my sister has read the 1st 2 of 3, and highly recomends it.
Its not my usual read, I'm more into Sci Fi...
A win for the Storm!
Not that I saw the game:mad: We got rid of Foxtel to save a few $'s.
As the (AFL mad) Vic's are scared of NRL we don't get many games on free to air.
Mike.
24 in a minute! Thats fantastic,
Ive not tried to do as many as I can, I do them in sets of 10, increasing the speed rather than the reps.
You are an inspiration Fadi.
By the way, if Nicole take you to dinner, I just might crash the party:D
Mike.
Real people, mmmmm perhaps I could switch the sheet music:D
I do remember Fadi, quite a few people misunderstand my humour. Being a faceless hand behind a keyboard doesn't help.
I'm glad we got past it though.
Mike.
