    "Fat Pride"

That's cruel...:( Once all the fat has melted off, there will only be bone left. Almost the same as giving them an empty pizza box filled with sand.

    The over 30's

30's is young. I'd say you might start feeling age coming on in the mid to late 40's? I'm 37 in a couple of months. Been playing around with bodybuilding for almost 20 years, on and off, even though it doesn't really show in my physique :( I hit a new PB on squat, bench and deadlift about a...

    Who stretches?

Just thought of this now as I finished my workout. I remember reading if many times before, but never paid much attention to it. Personally, I've never been big into preparation before lifting, probably never will. All I do is a few warm up sets of the lifts before performing them, for all the...

Hurricanes Grill - Bondi Beach. That's actually a relatively big plate, looks small in the photo, the ribs in the middle are about 25cm long. Shared it though. Did have a beer, coke and chocolate milkshake myself though. The pork ribs were awesome.

    Adjustable dumbells

This may be a suggestion: Buy the 140cm barbell and cut it in half. Then, use the screw collars you get with the bar to make the missing internal stopper, to created the grip section of the dumbbell handle. Best if you can tack a bit of welding on it for extra safety. Then all you...

    Test Booster Res100

I'm willing to do the test....straight up, no bullshit. Almost 37 years old now, exercise everyday. Have not taken a sick day off work in probably 10 years. Had mild flu couple of weeks ago, but well gone now, so unlikely to be sick again anytime soon. Diet is reasonably healthy, not a pizza...
