    Haven't ever had the shot, doc has always been wary of giving it to me as im allergic to egg and apparently the vaccine is bred in egg, but we get it free at work as we deal with the scummy public. Few mates have had the shot and have had the worst cases of the flu that year.

    Well, the dhcp server or whatever the fuck it is seems to have worked, I set up static IP for everything on the network, set low IP's for all the daughters devices and throttled the whole range, took me a while to get it right as I am no computer nerd. Must have worked, usage is down by a mile...

    So where should ones lifts be before moving to such a program? Is this more suited to the intermediate lifter who could do with a whack if volume and time under the bar to move things along or more suited to the experienced lifter who knows how to cope with such a load.

    How long do you train for?

    Between 1.5 and 2 hours for main sessions, really depends on whether I have time or can be bothered with assistance. Just squats with the warmups and shit usually takes about an hour on its own.
