    I've been warming up to a single 5kg heavier than working weight sets. Makes them feel lighter.

    I do hardly anything to warm-up before lifting. Usually something like this: 1. foam roll stretching back for a couple of minutes. 2. a few sets of band pull-aparts + shoulder dislocations. 3. some paused body weight squats and a few lunges. 4. start lifting.
