    OK cool, thanks for the info. APU look good and they've got a meet near Newcastle which is what I need. It's happening too early for me this year (May), but I will keep checking. I'll probably start looking into joining during the 2nd half of the year.

    Oh yeah fair enough. I don't follow powerlifting outside of a few guys on youtube who compete. I am in no rush to join, but it is a goal to compete, so I'm trying to figure out how it works. If PA successfully appeals does APU continue to exist? Like can there be 2 of them at the same time.

    First I heard of APU, I thought PA was the IPF affiliate. I need to figure all this stuff out, they don't make it simple. The APU website looks more professional that the PA one.

    Oh right. I've always done a chest dip before I even knew the difference. I think I was doing sets of 5 with 30kg.

    Isn't that like a chest dip. I thought forward lean deeper dip for more chest, and more upright with upper arms bout parallel to floor for more triceps.

    Your 3 choices (dip, chin, trap bar DL) are what I'd go for. Or the squat, bench, deadlift is the other.

    Nice squatting mate. I'm also going to diet down to 90-93kg range. It's easier lifting at more weight but like you say, everyday stuff is easier and better when a bit lighter in bodyweight.

    Those Coles stone baked base pizzas are only $3 each and don't taste too bad. 3 bux for 1200 calories, pick up a $2 dozen donuts as well and be fat as hell in no time for $5 a day.

    Yeah nice, 8% BF is quite an achievement. I have trouble getting to 15%. My body seems to be happy strength training around 20% BF. I would like to diet down from about 96kg currently to 90-93kg. Just need to get motivated.

    Yeah I'm too cheap for that. Will probably eat a stone based Coles meat lovers pizza for dinner tonight. Diet has been up the shit today but will still be in calorie range.

    Yeah that would be tough. How much weight are you going to lose? I put a diet on hold, currently eating 3200-3300kcal a day, maintaining the same weight while getting stronger.

    Bland is the way to go. I'm trying to eat meat, eggs, potato, oatmeal, white rice, fruit and vegetables only. Seems to be the only way for me to shite like a normal human being... Gave in not long ago and had an ice block, of the cordial type variety and had instant acid reflux.

    Today's lunch was marinated pork with sweet potato, butter and cheese. Cleaning up the dieting a bit.
