    Times two on this. Ive got a 's' bend instead of the 'c' curvature. Doesn't impact anything a whole lot though but I can notice it while working out with dumbbells mainly.

    Kfg goes once a year for a decent check up. Get a blood / urine sample done to make sure im not dying and everything is working how it should. As far as going when im 'sick' thats not a common occurrence. My prostate would have to fall out before going.

    Multi Grip Chin up Bar or Straight Chin Up bars?

    l've got a multi grip sitting on top of my rack and l only use the straigtht part and the vertical bar. Straight bar for stock standard pull / chin ups than l'll use the vertical part for L-Sit hammer grip chinups, it just seems to feel better than the traditional straight bar. Having said that...

    Sweet jesus you're going to be a rather imposing figure at 125kgs. Still pulling sumo by the way? How about putting some weight on the bar when you go for a squat pb next time instead of something you could double on a bad day. Is that bench tng or paused? Either way KFG is impressed.
