    Hahahahahahahahaha I always put through cashews as carrots getting cashews for like 99 cents per kilo, actually I put pretty much everything through as carrots or potatos lol. The coke zero vanilla is being discontinued so Coles have it out that cheap. Nothing dodgy about it. Srs ;)

    So.. 3 x Lindt Lindor boxes, normally $11.49 reduced to $4.59 2 x Connoisseur Cookies and Cream, normally $9 reduced to $4.50 20 x Coke Zero Vanilla, Usually $2.49 reduced to $1 each. Thats only 67 cents per Liter! Bring on the weekend!

    60% of your true 1rm is still quite heavy. I was more talking about people who drop the weight right down to 60kg for example when their 1rm is 150kg. 60% of my 1rm would be 10x10 117.5kg... Thats pretty heavy in my books lol.

    I have heard great things about GVT as long as you keep the weight heavy. One thing to be prepared for though is your sessions taking a long time. 10x10 is pretty hardcore.

    Lets hope so mate. I have noticed my arms and legs look smaller when im just standing there normally but are the same size when i flex them. They have better shape now unflexed but they arent as big. I guess that was just fat though making them look bigger than they actualy where. Thanks...

    I believe Markos was talking about strength carryover from overhead to bench press, not so much hitting the pecs. Increase your overhead numbers and your bench numbers will increase.

    That's a hard one. Apart from the obvious weighted pushups, the only other thing I can think of would be buying some db handles or db set to take as well. That way you can do db bench and flys. You could even get a swiss ball to db bench on. You would just have to blow it up when needed.

    No bro science about it. Why would you eat refined sugar when you are trying to lose fat mass? I did it this way and lost 46kg. 150kg down to 104kg. I guess I didn't really get very good results though. I remember now why I stopped posting up anything other than my training journal.

    You would also have a lot more lean mass meaning you would burn the sugar off quicker. Fact of the matter is, if you want to lose fat you shouldnt eat sugar. Why do something half-arsed?
