Likewise, all my boys and two of the girls hang around the rack when it is workout time, usually (though not always) it's a good time...You are right about the Burpees, killer exercise, it will take some time before I will get to like them, if ever.
Did a PB on the Burpees today, 11:17. Man that is a killer routine, the last five I looked like one of those wobbly marathon runners at the finish line. See how I pull up tomorrow, gave the forehead and nose a bit of a working out on the carpet. ;)
Best is 17 with good form (ie not swinging legs or hips), today I did, 15, 10, then 5 with less than a minute break between, after my workout. I find MP's horrible but chins I actually like.

Since Melbourne Storm are not allowed to accrue points, surely that means you have to minus off the points that Slater and Ingliss got for the Toads (-12pts) so the proper score is NSW 26 Qld 16.

It's easy as a novice to get sucked into thinking all these supplements etc are the key, when like most things, it requires you to get the basic right first...ie no quick fixes! Sage words Fadi.

Ok, did them again today after watching the video several times. I wasn't doing the push up aspect fully (hence my straight arm comment). Finished in 11:33 though I'm sure I will do better in coming weeks. My wrists were just getting a little sore towards the end! BTW...
Ok did the Burpee challenge (with my son) but did the straight arm burpees and not sure my form was that great as in jumping high enough on getting up...so my time is a probably a bit distorted but having said that...
He (son) completed them in 8:19 and I did them in 9:12.

Can only speak for the Muscle Motion (no experience with any other) it is very solid, and worth the $$$. As for the dip rack I have that attachment and use it and mine does not budge, although I'm only 81kgs and other maybe somewhat heavier, I'd be surprised to hear it was unstable.
