    Great routine Have you seen I want to look like that guy? Not sure about 4 reps on a the calves, tricep pushdowns or side/rear laterals though 4-6 on compounds is great, usually like my isolations if I do them around 8-12 ranges.

    I'm gonna copy that routine lately been doing the push/pull/legs routine and for a good portion of last year it was 5 on - 2 off one bodypart a day train whole body once a week.
