    Illiopsoas is again the prime mover here, with TFL etc being synergists. Abs are just stabilizers. Again not the best exercise to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. incline sit up with good spinal flexion is a better choice IMO

    Not a fan of hanging leg raises due to hip flexors being the prime mover and NOT rectus abdominas Anything that involves spinal flexion, I prefer cable crunches.

    I have one similar posted, very good. Runs really smooth, and I've loaded 180kg on it fine before. its a body solid one but looks almost the same except the chin up bar

    It makes sense to roll the ITB from lateral to medial or vice versa to unsticky the sticky business. wouldn't do much rolling from proximal to distal or whatever. but rather spend time on adductors, glutes/piriformis and quads

    I can't tell if Fadi is being sarcastic or not, but I feel like he was agreeing? I can't tell lol anyway a muscles strength is directly proportional to its cross sectional size, so it makes sense to be bigger?

    What exercise is doing my shoulder in?

    I can't decide if its the deadlift that's irritating it, or the back squat. I haven't done either of these exercises because they aggravated it in the past and i couldnt figure it out why, so i dropped it and my shoulder pain went away. I went back to try them again today, and the pain came...

    drop all your supplements, besides creatine. pick up some caffeine tablets for a pre workout if you must. glutamine is useless lol. keen protein if you want as oni said, drop down to a desirable bodyfat, and then move up from there damn you had some good legs.

    just got them in today. Solid feeling shoe, a LOT better than standing in my 3$ kmart shoes. Feels like im pushing through concrete. not the most aesthetically pleasing shoe though, but not bad either
