    I would go wif the mince and have tried it before, just I have to try keep it lite. but maximise the protein level. too much fat and gluten in mince. Meal size needs to be small and managable. dont have long to eat it.

    When i start to platau I just eat more bulk carbs like rice etc and up my protein. I start adding another 2.5 -5kg to all my major lifts. really force that shit. Soon my body starts to catch up with my craziness

    there is a tendon that runs from your shoulder too your wrist. and it can get very sore if you dont stretch it out constantly. more importantly before you use it. it doesnt hurt to massage it out and let it rest for a couple days be fore using it to lift again. And next time stretch it...

    I do em twice a week with my lat p/dwns heavy as then drop sets lats. my back is total screwd next day but end up with tonnes more power as a result. great for building up bench work too
