    Have to admit I do this when I make chili. Makes the mince super smooth/tender and allows me to add more cheese/sour cream for the same cals. I also find adding water to the mince before cooking helps break it up and stops it forming small clumps when braising. Sort of fluffs it up. Weird...

    Up to 6.0g/day sodium for a normal person. For a naturally larger bodybuilder who sweats a lot more 7g is probably about right. interested in how you came to this figure 0ni; trial and error or suggested by someone?

    These measurements were taken via cannulation of the left brachial artery. I.E. directly from the blood stream. They could move around all the liked as long as they didn't pull the tube out.
