    TRT In Perth

^^ well said, haha since when is being tall considered big? I know blokes ( if you can call them blokes ) that are well over 6 foot and lucky to weight 75kg, this is not big. Not calling the OP small as I have no idea of his weight or level of LBM but that statement about height referring to...

    idea of drug tested gyms

Can you elaborate on this further please? Is this FACT or did you just throw this out there? I cant think of a gym I have ever signed up to that ever had any rules about drugs in the membership forms etc.

    idea of drug tested gyms

Agree 100% With Sticky! Being in the ADF I have to take a drug test to get my pay, the buggers on centerlink should definitely have to take one to receive the money that us tax payers are providing them. As far as drug testing in gyms... nah I reckon the majority of gyms would not support the...

How should I start to train?

I wish i was one of those skinny bastards who reckons they cant put on weight, I would love to indulge and eat everything in sight and bulk without being a fat kent... sadly Im not and have to watch every one of my 3000 or so calories per day at the moment so i dont end up a fat prick. I call...

How should I start to train?

Natural peanut butter is another option other than milk for adding a lot of extra calories to your diet IMO and tastes 100% better. Throw 2-3 tablespoons of it in your shakes or just eat it straight, 300-400 calories right there and lots of good fats and protein, sure not as much protein as milk...

    First cycle, 400mg Test E

^^ Although I have never cycled anything in my life i can understand that logic, Elliot Hulse does a good video about morality and steroid use and sums it up well, If that is the person you are comfortable becoming and being than good luck with it but for some people its not for them and they...

    First cycle, 400mg Test E

Wow there is some crap in this thread, bit of a shame considering the OP seems to know what he is doing and the people giving the advice dont.. And to really cause a shit storm, testosterone is NOT a drug, it is a bio identical hormone that is supported in an oil base which is injectable. Other...

    TRT In Perth

Mate trust me TRT isnt something people really want to openly discuss, if you are looking for a dedicated forum in regards to this topic check out lowtestosterone dot com or even the anabolic steroid forums based in the US, they have a dedicated area for HRT/TRT and it is very informative.

    First cycle, 400mg Test E

400mg test per week is a solid first cycle and should see you put on some decent lean mass, as far as your countermeasures you have on hand they are well prepared also. Splitting the dosage up to once per 3.5 days is also spot on IMO, the effective half life of test E is only really 5-7 days...

Lifting 5 months, need routine advice. Thanks

^^^ Just doing squats alone on one day per week is not ideal, i would be recommending him be benching and squatting at least twice a week with a lot of rows in there to balance to pressing out. Not to start a war but there are much better programs out there to stick to long term that will cover...

How do you guys stay motivated with an injury?

Long story short have strained my lower back while doing deadlifts last weekend which was 100% my own fault being lazy with only 100kg on the bar warming up and not showing respect for the weight and form slipped enough to injure me. Pretty much squats, good mornings, front squats and deadlifts...
