    I picked up a pair of Adipowers from Eastbay a year or so ago. Really nice shoe. Less bulky than the Romeleos, and imo look better for it. Limited colour ways though if that's your thing. Use them for all my squat and press worksets. For the extra $$ spent, they more than make up for it in...

    Can only speak for myself, but I just put it in context with what I pay for supplements etc. on an annual basis, and with that in mind, paying another $50-80 more for a tried and trusted brand that will last me for years of lifting seemed a no brainier.

    To add, I have a 4" 10mm Inzer lever belt from Loaded Lifting and it's been fantastic. Likely to last a lifetime, unless I morph into a fat kunce.

    Depends how serious you are about your lifting, but a quality leather 10-13mm, 4inch belt like an Inzer from Loaded Lifting will see you right for a good number of years.

    I've found that doing broomsticks/shoulder dislocates with a light band held at tension is great for improving shoulder mobility.
