    Good luck Slingy, as someone who did this last year I would really encourage you to get your form checked on the lifts by a professional if possible. Should really help avoid injury and ensure you maximise progression. Wish I had done this.

    The spicy chicken burrito from Guzman is ridiculous. I much prefer it to Zambrero's but unfortunately the nearest one to me is about a 20 minute drive. Nearest Zambrero's is about 500 metres..... I wish I knew the macros for their food, but they don't publish them.

    I mix it with that Forme yoghurt, took a while for me to handle the consistency but now I love it, highly recommended!

    Thanks Mick, those towels are a good idea. I've got adjustable dumbbells and the heaviest they go is about 22kg each so I can prob make them go harder with the towels.
