    If you feel you need one I have used and liked LT4, no stims(which I prefer)and good dosage. Nothing works better than caloric deficit and nothing will ever make a difference unless your in deficit.

    How far in advance to you prepare meals?

    Would probably be easier to pre prepare, I have a mate that does this but he lives alone. Normally I don't know what we are having so as IIFYM goes basically its just the weight of the food that is calculated about 20mins prior.

    At what dose? non responder perhaps? If I take it on an empty stomach (about 4g) I'll tingle all over. Normally though I have it with my carbs so its not as intense.. I don't mind the feeling now that I know what it is, the first time I got a bit of a freight though.

    My local shop is Ada street supps, was using International then went to Urban muscle. Using balance WPI atm, not a huge fan of the flavour compared to the platinum blend. I have never tried the bulk stuff. I'm so slack..I still need to post up results from my test kits..
