    only for a very short period. (insulin is very miss-represented and unless you have diabetes shouldn't really be a concern) Protein elevates insulin in more cases greater than carbs, even just thinking about food elevates insulin. I bet she puts sweetener in her ashy branded protein

    would say quads/hams up until i started training them twice a week now its much better little to no DOMS.

    Married People With Kids And Training

    Wife and two kids 3years and the other is 10months. I train at lunch time, I have a gym a work that has a heap of free weights. I ride to work two days a week if the weather is good. If I didn't have a gym at work then I would probably train at a 24 hr gym and go after dinner.
