    Thanks mate. Cals prior to this are at around the 3000cal mark. 260c 190p and 135fats. I had been putting on around 250g a week. When Im not leaning up I generally don't worry too much about my carb/fat ratio just focus on total cals hitting protein requirements. I do a hypertrophy strength...

    Works for all issues and depends on what it is as to how long it takes. Recent injuries have only taken 1 to 2 treatments and she wont tell you to come back if you dobt need to. She may give you some mobility work to do also.

    For the Calorie Counters out there...

    pour the melted butter back on it. Count as per kiev. 100 cal for one night isn't going to make a significant difference anyway.
