    Lol thanks Flufffy - but back to the thread watermelon, asparagus, avocado, in south America they chew Maca (natural plant root), pumpkin seeds, chillies, figs - thats what I have heard before Alternatively - isn't horny goat weed and ginseng supposed to be good?

    I would do more but I injured my leg ages ago and actually have two less muscles in it so it's hard but I'm working at it - as for my bench that's at like four assisted reps so i cant claim credit I can comfortably do 30-35 kg 8-10 reps but that's also taken me ages as I tore my rotator cuff...

    On a good day I squat 40kg, I bench 50kg and deadlift 30kg - I know weak...
