    1kg of regular mince is 2170 cals. 170g fat and 200g protein alone... if i was to hit 200g fat and 400g protein per day. I be at a very high.amount of cals... r u saying dont worry boit the cals in vs cals out. Its all aboit the macros?

    my TDEE is 2800 calories. I spent 4 weeks with a 20% deficit @ 2240 calories... Didnt get any weightloss, currently doing 1800 calories for the past 10 days.. Loooking to cut a lil more to 1500 cals and see how I go. As long as I can keep on benching 110kg/squat140kg/DL 220kg with this low...
