    ebay.com.au 'professionalwhey' 1kg HPLC Micronised Creatine Monohydrate - $37. + $10 P&H. in the instructions it mentions: "Best results if taken immediately FOLLOWING exercise with high glycemic carb". i thought it was meant to be taken BEFORE exercise...?
