Lab testing of protein powder is now FREE!

Anyone been testing lately? Picked up 5lb of Universal Choclate Ice Cream Whey Pro for $60, including free tshirt, seems a bit cheap! Fair enough that it's a blend, but still getting it tested nonetheless.

    Diet Review Thread

High protein, moderate carbs moderate fats, minor adjustments in the 5g per macro range every few weeks to keep things ticking along. Two moderate refeed days per week with lower protein lower fat and higher carbs, best diet I've done and continue to do now when I need to drop some chub. Did...

Warm ups and attempts for deadlift only

Doing a dead only comp Sunday also, good discussion guys. I'm aiming for 260+, hit 240 for a single twice last week, first was horrible, rested a few minutes then hit it again with much better speed, so 240 will be my opener then going straight to 260 so I have at least two attempts.

    The protein issue

That's why people should all be playing Battlefield 4 and not whinging about protein on the internet :D Just try it all, go high protein high fat low carb, then try moderate everything and find what works for you. Personally I've done 350+ of protein when cutting and had to drop my carbs to...

Does anyone know about Metabolic Precision?

Worth a try but just use your brain to decide what's hogwash and what might work for you. Try and relate it to your own experiences and diets you've tried in the past that may or may not have worked. For example, I believed for a long time the only way I could lose weight was through extremely...

    You know you're bulking when....

You split your business trousers lifting shit off the ground at work and have to do the walk of shame to Target to get the next size up. You stretch your pecs out at work and pop a few buttons on your shirt. Your mobility prevents you from being able to scratch your back and you need a back...

Where has all this come from?

Thanks man that means a lot, I like to think I have a no bullshit approach to lifting / dieting which I am sure you do as well. I really don't know why people are so far in either corner, or if they are why they need to attack other people about it. Just let your results on stage, in the gym...

Where has all this come from?

IIFYM has it's roots in Layne Norton eating baked lays potato chips during his contest prep and Alberto Nuneuz having pop tarts, this is where I believe it started anyway. Mostly over at bodybuilding.com The message those two very talented individuals were trying to spread is that you can be...
