    Ahh cheers guys, I don't mind the wakefullness actually one of the down sides of dieting is needing to sleep at 8:30pm but now I'm up until midnight no problems, pop the ZMA and 5-HTP and get good quality sleep on 6 hours or less. Winning!

    Loving the 20mg of Noopept sub lingually twice per day, I find once I'm on a task it's easier to concentrate and not get too distracted. I'm also dieting for a show next March, and find it helps a lot with hunger and mood, even to the point where I'm staying up late to play games or watch TV...

I love lying down on an incline bench during warm ups arms out and even extend back behind my head, even without weights I can generally stretch and loosen the muscle fibres in my pecs before benching. Just find the tight spots and hold that stretch for a good minute or two until you can...

    Good old cheap BN mixed in a food processor with blueberries, banana, egg, milk and pancake mix. Either make protein pancakes or remove the pancake mix and add in some peanut butter to make protein fluff!

    Natural tanning

    I've read you can start to build up a natural tolerance to the sun, some exposure is good. I'm certainly going to be trying 10 mins each side over summer trying to not get burnt and building that up.
